Lwandile is currently a Legal Intern at the American Arbitration Association’s Corporate Headquarters in New York City. He holds a Law degree from the University of the Western Cape. He further completed a post graduate course at the University of Cape Town Law School. Lwandile strongly believes that education and exposure are the most effective ways in which one can have a positive impact in one’s community and the world at large. As a result of this philosophy, Lwandile obtained his Master of Laws Degree at the University of Missouri Law School in the United States. Lwandile was part of a team that represented the Missouri Law School when they won an Employment Arbitration Competition against Cornell University. He has worked as a Legal and Policy Adviser in a legal insurance and mediation firm. He has also completed internship programs with South Africa’s leading firms such as PriceWaterhouseCoopers (Cape Town) and Fasken Martineua (Johannesburg) to mention a few, where he gained valuable experience in corporate and commercial matters.
Lwandile is an Alumnus of the Institute for Justice and Reconciliation Youth Leadership Program. He also has attended prestigious events and training such as the New York University 69th Annual Conference on Labor and Employment Law and the New York State Bar Commercial Arbitration Training for Counsel and Arbitrators. In addition to these experiences, he has been exposed to high profile matters and international commercial disputes where he acquired invaluable experiences in the field of commercial dispute resolution. As an ambitious and proactive individual, Lwandile’s guiding principle is that “To thrive and excel, one first has to strive.”

Vuma holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and Leadership. With a history in community development and retail finance he has been active in marketing and promotion in the New York and other northeastern metropolitan areas. Prior to Ndosi Strategies Vuma has held the position of Marketing Manager for a leading New York based boutique public relations company.
Vuma holds experience in cyber security and web development. As a diaspora leader he is a known passionate and ardent supporter of community organizing through the Imbizo Host Committee-NY, and other development channels in the diaspora. A philanthropist he supports a number of youth centered initiatives in South Africa. Vuma’s opinions have been featured on BET Networks and Sahara TV.

Yoliswa is an International relations and Marketing scholar and entrepreneur with a strong passion for advocacy and social/economic impact both in the diaspora and Africa. A South African native Yoliswa's passions have led her to a diverse professional background.
Yoliswa is also a former United Nations Intern under the Permanent Mission of the Union of the Comoros.
Yoliswa is a 2015 Spring Fellow with the CAC-African Congressional fellowship and interned in the congressional office of Charles B. Rangel in New York District 13. As a Harvard research assistant and a Market Researcher with TLN Worldwide Enterprises Inc, a U.S. management consulting company, Yoliswa was afforded the opportunity to hone her research skills. She has worked in non-profit development for the past 3.5 years as a Development Associate with Shared Interest, Executive Director of Imbizo Host Committee-NYC, and development consultant with Nalane.
Yoliswa lives by the philosophy that "No matter what cards life has dealt you, bloom wherever you are planted."
